Remembering Today

I think the thing that was most memorable today was rolling around the IT building in our rolly chairs. IT WAS SO FUN! I also really liked the project that had "family" written across it; that was pretty moving. OH and the one with the troll coming out of the egg. OHHHH egg projects. Now to think of something for the transformer one...

Assignment: Do something with an egg

I hollowed out the egg and opened up the front. I decorated it with feathers and a swing. The shell with the swing was to resemble a bird cage. With the bird not in it and the feathers scattered, my project is a portrayal of growing up in 3 stages:

1st: the egg and large feather- birth and nurtured by a parent

2nd: the swing - a child playing

3rd: small feathers and empty shell - becoming an adult

Yeah I actually put that much thought in it....lame i know.

So..this class..

I expect to treat each assignment as a chance to be creative. I think it will annoy the crap out of me sometimes because I tend to over-analyze when it comes to being creative, but oh well. I am excited to have a class that I feel will open my mind and be enjoyable. w00t!
